If you truly need to cancel please remember the following: Due to our cancellation policy, we require 30 days notice in order to not be billed again. Billing is executed on the 15th of every month so if you put in your notice any time after the 15th of the current month, you will still be billed on the 15th of the following month. In addition to this, once your notice is in, it will trigger your last month's dues you paid up front when you enrolled. For example:
- Mary wants to cancel her membership. She submitted her cancellation form on May 6th.
- Mary will be billed on May 15th.
- Her last month's dues will be triggered on June 15th, therefore, her membership will be valid until July 15th.
