Freestyle Kickboxing Aerobic kickboxing-4 kicks, 4 punches and combinations of both. It's high intensity but low impact although it can be high impact, depending on individual student's needs. It's also body sculpting through use of exercise balls and weights with an emphasis on core muscles. Aerobically challenging, yet no difficult choreography to memorize. Sun salutations and basic yoga poses are also utilized. Studies have shown that students burn 600-800 calories per class! |
