YOGA
Travis Boothe and Erin Knowles teach both Power Yoga and Basic Yoga (Beginner) with a flow-based, martial-arts-influenced format.

CIRCUIT SCULPT!
Tuesdays & Thursdays-6:30pm.
A continuous series of cardio and toning circuits using steps, weights and tubing. Perfect for all fitness levels. Led by Lori Morisson.

MT SI BOOT CAMP!
Drill-sergeant-wannabe Nedra McAskill is committed to pushing the group to the limits of endurance. Don't be shy! Give it a try!

SPIN/STRENGTH!
We focus on doing upper body strength movements while spinning. Taught by Monica Rowland Wednesdays at 9:30am. Sign up at the Front Desk no earlier than 24 hours prior to the class.

AB/CORE BLAST!
A thirty minute, comprehensive core/ab class that is also good for all levels of fitness. The perfect compliment for any exercise program. Mondays & Wednesdays- 10:45am.
