She is a graduate of Fresno Pacific University with a BA in Physical Education and a minor in Psychology. Her certifications include: National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), ACE and APEX nutrition. She has 12 years experience in the fitness industry: teaching, coaching and personal training.
Patty has a life-long passion for proper nutrition and fun movement. Her philosophy is that life should be fun and that includes working out and eating well. Training small groups of 3 or 4 is her one of her favorite activities at the gym. She enjoys working with both men and women of all ages and specializes in working with women in their middle years to achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle through proper nutrition, exercise and outlook.
