Travis Boothe
From an early age Travis recognized the value of physical fitness and its place in a vibrant and dynamic lifestyle. His early interests included surfing, skateboarding, cycling and climbing. Later the “back yard” activities of Martial Arts became a passion. Travis practiced Tae Kwon Do, Boxing and Jiu Jitsu before discovering the Russian System which is an extremely dynamic and functional form of self-defense and mind-body conditioning.

Travis has worked as a personal trainer at the Downtown YMCA and a group exercise instructor at a variety of clubs throughout Seattle including ZUM, which is a premier athletic club owned and operated by world-class athletes. Other interests include weight training and running. He continues to teach and learn, most recently taking up a very difficult, Argentinean club style of the Tango.

“I want to do more than shed pounds or build muscle. I want to share my enthusiasm for developing an active lifestyle by spreading the science and art of athletic performance and its value in maintaining a youthful and mobile body and clear mind throughout our lifetimes.”
