He fully understands that everyone has different goals, motivations and expectations and there is no “one-size-fits-all” to training.       <image:caption>Growing up in London surrounded by Indian culture Josephine was deeply influenced by its arts, philosophy, and traditions. From an early age she discovered Hatha (physical) yoga, integrating asana and pranayama into a lifelong practice. With over two decades of teaching experience she has trained under renowned teachers worldwide accumulating thousands of hours of study, including at the source in India, continuously deepening a quest for knowledge. Josephine’s teaching style is rooted in breath and alignment, seamlessly weaving movement and breath together to cultivate a deeper connection between body and spirit. Classes range from fun, playful, and dynamic to quiet and contemplative, ensuring they cater to all levels—from beginners to advanced practitioners. Each session offers a welcoming space to explore, grow and heal. Beyond yoga, Josephine is passionate about surfing, free diving, snowboarding and rock climbing. These skills enrich her teaching, incorporating elements from different disciplines to enhance movement, awareness, breath control and overall well-being in both daily life and athletic performance. In addition to her work as a dedicated yoga instructor, she is currently a real estate advisor for Engel &amp; Völkers in the Snoqualmie Valley, bringing the same mindfulness and dedication to helping clients find their ideal homes.       <image:caption>Even as a young girl, Karen was always sporty, so becoming a “gym rat” as an adult was no surprise. Her love for all sporty activities included kickboxing, CrossFit, Olympic style lifting, bootcamp, circuit training, Zumba to name a few. She had tried yoga a few times but thought it was too boring so never really stuck with it…until years later when she tried yoga again and something clicked as she met a yoga instructor that really spoke to her heart. That was 12 years ago and she hasn’t stopped practicing yoga since! After having her second child at almost 40 yrs old, Karen struggled with a massive weight gain, longer recovery from c section and postpartum depression. She turned to yoga to slowly recover and soon embarked on her Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) journey. She is a RYT 200 certified yoga instructor and also a Barre instructor. She strives to motivate and inspire others in all walks of life to become a better version of themselves, inside and out! Karen lives in Fall City with her husband and 2 beautiful girls - a teenager and a toddler (prayers appreciated). She’s an active dedicated member of Church on the Ridge with a heart on fire for God. In her down time, she likes to vacation in Cancun, where her parents live, beach bumming and eating delicious Mexican food.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Sam has an inescapable enthusiasm for life and is always on the move. She attended her first  yoga class in 2007 and immersed herself in a daily practice in 2012. Completing her first 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2019, learning from Rachel Brathen, Susanna Barkataki and Lara Heimann, she began to gain an understanding of the underlying principles of the Yamas and Niyamas. In 2023, she finished her 300 hour yoga teacher training through Susanna Barkataki’s Ignite Institute, emphasizing the importance of embracing yoga’s roots and utilizing it for social change.  Sam is a substance use disorder professional and is pursuing her Masters degree in Social Work at the University of Washington. Outside of school and work, you can find Sam mountain or gravel biking, climbing, walking her dogs, snowboarding in the backcountry, or hiking in the mountains.</image:caption>

She believes that yogic practices can help everybody, and is beneficial in helping to detoxify the system, strengthen the body, increase flexibility and boost the innate capacity to heal oneself. As a teacher of Yoga since 2014 Stephanie aims to guide students into the heart of the practice through integration of asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation, teachings of both classical &amp; modern yoga, and Ayurvedic lifestyle practices.  Stephanie is a certified: E-RYT 200, YAECP (continuing education provider), Ayurvedic Counselor and Breathwork Practitioner. Stephanie is also an outdoor enthusiast and world traveler.  She enjoys long distance cycling (favorite way to experience the world), mountain biking, hiking, running and snowboarding.       <image:caption>took her first yoga class at 14 and kept coming back for the simple reason that it made her feel more at home in her body. Over 10 years later, she traveled to Rishikesh, India, to the birthplace of yoga itself, where she completed her 200-hour training, specializing in Hatha, Ashtanga, pranayama, meditation, and philosophy. Now one year into teaching, Taylor brings an honest, down-to-earth approach to her classes. She focuses on breath, functional movement, and helping students build awareness they can actually use in their day-to-day lives. Her goal is for people to leave class feeling more connected, capable, and grounded. A small-town New York native, Taylor spent the last few years traveling through Asia before settling in Snoqualmie, craving the landscape and nature of the PNW. She works in environmental sustainability and spends as much time as possible outside–usually hiking, skiing, foraging, or finding a new creative project to dive into. Her classes are welcoming, steady, and approachable, with room for curiosity and moments that challenge you in the best way.</image:caption>
