Drill-sergeant-wannabes Lynn Cullen and Nedra McAskill are committed to pushing the group to the limits of endurance. Don't be shy! Give it a try!
SPIN/STRENGTH!
We focus on doing upper body strength movements while spinning. Taught by Monica Rowland Wednesdays at 9:30am.
Sign up at the Front Desk no earlier than 24 hours prior to the class.
AB/CORE BLAST!
A thirty minute, comprehensive core/ab class that is also good for all levels of fitness. The perfect compliment for any exercise program. Mondays-10:45am & Wednesdays-
10:45am & 6:45pm.
