Foundations of Yoga II – Workshops with Samantha

This 10 week series will build upon the foundational standing poses from Series I and transition in additional yoga forms. Each week we will embed different categories of poses such as twists, forward folds, backbends and balance poses into our standing sequence, and break down the poses to their essence. These sets will focus on alignment principles through holds and movement. This series is open to all levels.
