HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

As you can tell from the name, high-intensity interval training is challenging! This 45-minute full body workout takes your cardio to another level, as you push your pace out of your comfort zone. This class offers modifications for all fitness levels so don’t be intimidated! It also incorporates a strength aspect as well, so you’ll walk away drenched in sweat! All levels welcome!
