SCULPT 101

This hour focuses on giving you a FULL BODY workout using a variety of exercises and equipment including dumbbells, bands, steps, stability balls, and more! Expect to build your muscle strength and endurance, as well as your cardio respiratory fitness.


STRETCH & ROLL

This 25 minute visit in your morning will be worth it.  Roll out your muscles and prevent additional stiffness, soreness, and aching along with a few stretches to top it off.


SPIN CYCLING

Bring your water bottle and a towel! Make this awesome cardio workout part of your routine. A dynamic mix of pace and resistance will keep you coming back for more! No cycling experience is necessary.


SPIN/STRENGTH

This is a cardio and strength workout at the same time.  You will be exposed to a variety strength training exercises throughout the spinning session. Your heart rate stays elevated so you can exercise your heart, burn fat and improve muscular definition at the same time.


TOTAL BODY SHRED

Strength endurance and dynamic flexibility meet head-on!  Barbells, light dumbbells, kettlebells, hurdles, bands and steps will be used to perform a wide assortment of exercises. The focus is to build, strength, stability and endurance.


ZUMBA!

It’s the hottest trend in exercise!  Come dance your ass off and sweat your way to a great workout- all while having fun! It’s that simple!


FATIGUE FRIDAY!

This is high-energy, small group conditioning that will utilize spin-cycles, treadmills and the weight room to attack all the major muscle groups. It will leave you feeling energized and empowered! Fatigue Friday is not recommended for beginners.


BODY BURN

BodyWeight BURN focuses on your OWN body weight to improve endurance, strength, balance and flexibility, as well as burn significant calories. One of the most important benefits of bodyweight exercise is its ability to improve your cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength all at once.  Frequently changing your position keeps the heart rate elevated, while body weight and gravity work together to strengthen muscles.

This no-equipment class will keep you on your toes to keep things interesting! This class is a great complement to Cardio Torch.


CARDIO TORCH

Cardio TORCH  focuses on high-intensity interval training (HITT), targeting all muscles of the body with Tabata-influenced routines. This style of training attracts all age groups looking to burn fat and gain lean muscle through conventional and non-conventional methods of exercise, in a shorter amount of time. If you are someone who likes variety, then you will love the spontaneity of this class. By fusing together different types of exercises – plyometrics, treadmill sprints, ladder drills – your body will be shocked into getting more fit!

This class is a great complement to BodyWeight BURN immediately following class.


BARRE

Sculpt your legs, arms and core through delicate and enjoyable exercises designed to get your body into ballerina-like shape. We will focus on proper alignment, balance, and slow-paced core engagement.


BOOST YOUR BALANCE

Stay Active and Independent for Life is a strength, balance and fitness program for adults 65 and older. Performing exercises that improve strength, balance and fitness is the single most important activity adults can do to stay active and reduce their chances of falling. The entire curriculum of activities in the Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) program can help improve strength and balance, if done regularly.

SAIL is a public-domain program, which means there are no initial site license fees and no yearly renewal fees for conducting SAIL classes. SAIL has been approved by the Administration for Community Living (ACL) (previously known as the Administration on Aging) as an evidence-based program.
