Monica is an ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) certified Personal Trainer and Health Educator. She has 10 years' worth of experience working with clients both individually and in groups to improve their overall level of fitness including stamina, increased, muscle strength, tone and reduced blood pressure. 

Monica is president and founder of Balancing Life LLC, and is passionate about healthy living in all areas. She is particularly passionate when it comes to nutrition. Author of the book 'Just Eat ', Monica can help you learn ways to achieve a sound and balanced diet. Her energy is contagious!

SUSAN OSBURN

Valley resident for the past 18 years, Susan Osburn has always believed that exercise and nutrition equates to a healthy lifestyle. Her passion for physical fitness and creating healthy meals for her own family and friends has led her to help others achieve their fitness and health goals. Susan is an ACSM (American College of Sports and Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, and an AFPA (American Fitness & Associates) Certified Nutrition Consultant. Susan’s mission is to help you discover your best self through an exercise program personalized just for you.  Simply put, healthy habits are your greatest gift.

DIANA GERE

Diana started her health and fitness journey as a Fitness Specialist with certifications with ACE (American Council on Exercise) as a group fitness instructor and with NASM (National Academy Sports Medicine) as a Personal Trainer.  She is an ACE Health Coach and an International Pro Elite (IPE) Women’s Physique Pro. Diana is passionate about helping people achieve results with education and support through behavior modification, adequate nutrition and exercise.  Diana and her family have lived in the Snoqualmie Valley for 30 years.

KELLEY MAST

Kelley is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer, as well as a Mad Dogg (worldwide creators of Spinning) certified Spinning instructor. She is committed to helping her clients find their inner-strength to meet their fitness goals. Her goal is to help her clients feel confident and strong – all of which can be achieved through proven, personalized training methodologies. Key components to Kelley's fitness programs include stabilization, strength, endurance and power training.
